Mother Teresa 7/8 Drama Production: Tickets for "The Worst High School Play in the World" TONIGHT and Wednesday, June 14th at 7 pm will be on sale at the door on the nights of the play. Tickets are $3 for students and $5 for adults.

Ottawa Youth Commission: Child and Youth Friendly Ottawa in conjunction with Ottawa City Hall created the Ottawa Youth Commission last month. The role of the group is to act as a medium to raise the voice of youth in city hall. The council is looking to expand and is recruiting seven ambitious, committed members interested in youth empowerment and local politics. If you are interested in learning more about joining the Commission, send an e-mail to samara.ahmed@cayfo.ca with your name and contact information.

Interested in Politics: The Stephane Dion Liberal Leadership Campaign is looking for volunteers to work in the National Campaign headquarters, located in Ottawa, over the summer months and possibly beyond. Reach for the Top Student-Teacher Showdown: The fourth annual instructor/pupil battle of wits will commence on Thursday, June 8 with In-School Reach Champs "Alphas Beta Carrots" taking on Miller's Merry Pranksters. Part II involves Hallarn's Hooligans vs. a Student Reach All-Star Squad on Friday, June 9. (Expect to see Baz carrying golf sticks). A two day total of points will determine who will get the Heavy Metal Thunder trophy (indicating teacher or student mastery). Both historic matches will take place in the LIBRARY (Ann Scott's Lion's Den) during Senior Lunch. The cameras will roll from 11:45 to 12: 20. Spectators and hecklers are always welcome.

Outdoor Club: Any outdoor club member interested in going to a screening of "An Inconvienient Truth" (a documentary on global warming) at the Bytowne Cinema on Wed. June 14 @ 4:45 are asked to come to room 103 TODAY @ 11:45 a.m..

You can also take the questionnaire to see how much you know about AIDS and as well pick up a brochure to learn more about the disease that is taking more than 5 million innocent lives each year. Come out and support Interagency Coalition and half the money goes to ICAD and half of the money goes to the winner. See you there!

We have 24 spots for budding ecologists. Come and explore the Jock River and its unique ecosystem for a fascinating look at nature up close.

You're Invited: Prayer in the Chapel during high school lunch TODAY.

Social Justice: Those interested in Social Justice are asked to come to the art room at lunch TODAY.

Marine Biology Trip: Students registered in SBI4U (Gr. 12 Biology) next year have the opportunity to participate in a marine biology trip to St. Andrew N.B. in September. Please speak to Mrs. McLaughlin today in room 322 if you are interested in the trip.

High School Intramurals: High School Intramural Volleyball begins TODAY with Derek is Hot taking on Sexy Squad and Funky Monkeys play Power Puff Girls. Scoring are Christina, Robyn and Kristina. Check the board outside the gym for the full schedule. Captains need to be at the gym by 11:45 to help set up. Games start at 11:50.

CHEO Telethon: Students who signed up to participate in the CHEO Telethon are asked to come to a brief meeting TODAY at 12:00 noon in room 302. If you can't attend, please meet Mrs. Belloni at the Nortel Networks Buildings (on Moodie Dr.) at 9:00 am sharp on Sunday, June 4.
